Returns & Refunds Policy

All conditions outlined below follow The Australian Consumer Law – Consumer Rights & Guarantees.

We always do our best to accommodate our customers where applicable. Please read the information below carefully and follow the instructions provided on each product page to ensure you are using our products correctly and safely.

Money-Back Guarantee – 14 Days

We offer a 14-day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee.
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund.

If it has been more than 14 days and your item arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us.
You may be asked to provide an image or video showing the issue and a short explanation of the situation.

Under Australian Consumer Law, there is no time limit on refunds for faulty or defective items.
However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issue quickly.


Refunds Are Not Applicable If:

  • You change your mind after 14 days

  • The order was placed by mistake and not reported within 14 days

  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere

  • The product was misused or not used as advised

  • You decided you no longer need it

  • You were aware of a fault before purchasing

Please handle all products with care.
Items damaged by liquids, misuse, or improper handling beyond 14 days are not eligible for a refund.


Return Process

In most cases, we can approve a refund without requiring a physical return.
However, we may request the item be returned in good condition if necessary.

Before returning any product, please email gordzgrayson11@gmail.com with your order number so we can verify your purchase.
Please note that contacting us through social media may delay your response — email is always the best way to reach us.

If a return is required, we will provide the return address.


Return Shipping

  • If your refund request is approved under this policy, we will cover the return shipping.

  • You will need to pay for the return postage upfront and provide a valid postal receipt.
    Once the item is received, we will reimburse your shipping cost via bank transfer or PayPal.


Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank for processing times

  3. Then email gordzgrayson11@gmail.com and we’ll help follow up


Shipping Information

All Gordz Grayson products are prepared, created, and dispatched with care.
Because each piece is made to order, please allow additional time for production and quality checks before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and during checkout.

If you are asked to return a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping.
If you change your mind within 14 days and a return is approved, we’ll also cover that cost.
Requests outside this policy (for example, after 14 days or for non-faulty items) are handled at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
