You will need to email email@example.com and wait for our approval of an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to fill out the return form provided.
The shipping cost is not covered by us at Gordz Grayson.
Return shipping label is recommend to have tracking for proof of delivery.
Any return item that is lost in shipment will not be refunded.
We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind. Under the Australian Consumer law, customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a broken or faulty product.
If you have paid using a buy now pay later service option like Afterpay your funds will be refunded back to this service. For more information about how these services adjusts/refunds your payment instalments we recommend checking their official website.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Damages or Faulty
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
