Although it is quite rare as Gordz Grayson’s is based on quality, in case you receive a damaged item please get in touch with our Customer Support Team who will happily exchange the product for you. We do not exchange worn apparel or products without labels attached and in perfect condition. Please email a photograph to us and we will send out a replacement or a refund if the product is out of stock.
Some of our products are ready to be shipped, some of our items are just too good so we advertise a back-order. Your back-order item will be shipped out from the date specified along with any other items you grabbed at the same time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Shipping fee is automatically calculated or free delivery on orders over $75 within Australia.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship out orders for delivery within 24-48 hours unless it is back-order, once confirmed. Delivery times can vary from 1-8- business days within Australia, for the rest of the world 1 day to 2 weeks. Orders placed during the weekend, or a public holiday will be processed for shipping on the next business day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Return the products to us within 30 days of purchasing date. However, items can only be returned/exchanged if they are in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging).
Once our Customer Support Team has inspected your items for a refund, you will receive an email from us. Refunds are processed back in to the original payment method used, allow within 1-10 business days.
