How can I place an order online?

Simple! Once you have selected a product, simply click on ‘Add to Cart’. Make sure you provide the right information like colour, size, quantity, scent or crystal selection etc.

How will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with a confirmation email from our Customer Support Team who will provide you with a tracking number. Use this code to track your order by signing into your account and clicking on ‘Track my order’. Please allow 48-72 hours to update and provide you with tracking information on your account.

The item that I ordered is damaged. What should I do?

Although it is quite rare as Gordz Grayson’s foundation is based on quality, in case you receive a damaged item please get in touch with our Customer Support Team who will happily exchange the product for you. We do not exchange worn apparel or products without labels attached and in perfect condition. If glass wear has been broken in transport. Can I change/modify my order before it is shipped?
Due to the heavy reliance on online shopping in COVID-19 impacted times, it is highly recommended that you contact our Customer Support Team with any questions. Our team will be happy to accommodate you with any modification you need with your order.
What are pre-orders and backorders?
All our products are ready to be shipped. However, if you pre-order a product, we will ship it out within 2-3 working days once they are available again or back in stock. Customers are required to pay in advance for pre-ordered products. We endeavour to keep you updated on time frame of when you will receive your order.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping fee is automatically calculated or free delivery on orders over $75 within Australia.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship out orders for delivery within 24-48 hours once confirmed. Delivery times can vary from 3-7 working days. Orders placed during the weekend, or a public holiday will be processed for shipping on the next working day.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Why not! Just make sure to provide us with the accurate alternative shipping address when you place an order. You are also requested to mention the different delivery address under the ‘Add A Note’ box.


Can I return/exchange a product?

Absolutely! You can easily return the products to us within 30 days of purchasing date. However, items can only be returned/exchanged if they are in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging).

When will I receive my refund?

Once our Customer Support Team has inspected and cleared your items for a refund, you will receive an email from us stating the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 8-10 days.
